Assassin's Creed: Rogue - Part 1

This is Assassin’s Creed: Rogue. It’s the seventh installment in the Assassin’s Creed series, and it is set between Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed III, with it’s final mission being the prologue to Assassin’s Creed: Unity. It’s an action/adventure, stealth game developed by Ubisoft. This story follows the centuries-old struggle between the Assassins, who fight for peace with free will, and the Templars, who desire peace through control. The story is set in the mid-18th century during the Seven Years’ War, and you play as Shay Patrick Cormac, an Assassin-turned-Templar who hunts down former members of his Brotherhood after being betrayed by them.
This game is more or less the same as Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag with some new features, being one of the main differences that you see things from the Templar side later in the game.
New features include new ship-based weapons such as releasing an oil slick which can then be ignited.
The arctic environment also adds features to naval gameplay and exploration as certain icebergs can be rammed with an icebreaker.
New is also an air rifle, which allows players to silently take out enemies at a distance. Also new is the Assassin Interception, in which Shay must prevent an innocent being assassinated by finding and killing Assassins hidden nearby. Also Legendary Ship battles make a return.
I had so much fun in playing this game. The main story is amazing and it’s great to see it from the Templar side. Also the side missions are very fun to do. And there is still that exploration of many forgotten islands and caves. You have so many times the feeling that you’re just alone out there, which is so well-done.

I make my own luck.

Screenshots that I have made in chronological order while playing the game from beginning to end.
